Hiring Copilot ("HCP"), operated by OCBridge, Inc., does not sell or share personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). However, to support your privacy rights under both CCPA and GDPR, we provide you with the ability to request removal of your personal information from our systems.
Request to Delete Your Personal Information (Opt-Out and Removal)
If you wish to request deletion of your personal data from our systems, you may do so at any time.
To remove your individual profile from the HCP database, please email:
Please include in your request:
- Your full name
- Any email(s) or identifier(s) used with HCP
- A clear statement requesting profile deletion and data removal
What Happens When You Request Removal
Once we receive and verify your request:
- Your individual profile will be deleted from our systems
- Your information will become unavailable in all OCBridge products
- You will be automatically opted out of any sale or sharing of information (HCP does not sell personal data)
- We will complete the removal as soon as possible and in accordance with applicable law
Who May Use This Right
This request applies to:
- California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
- Residents of the European Union or United Kingdom (GDPR/UK GDPR)
- Any user wishing to exercise personal data deletion rights
HCP may request additional verification to protect account security.
