Program Overview

The HCP Referral Program rewards current Hiring Copilot and OCBridge customers for introducing new teams to our AI-powered hiring platform. Share your referral, and when they subscribe, you earn a cash reward.

Who Can Participate?

The program is open to:

  • Current HCP users
  • OCBridge customers
  • Employees of participating companies

Important: Self-referrals (including your own employer or internal teams) are not eligible.

How to Refer Someone

You can refer potential customers by sending a referral email to:

Please include:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Email
  • Role
  • Hiring need

Note: Referrals must be submitted before the customer signs up. Referrals made without the referee's consent will not qualify.

Referral Rewards

Rewards are based on the subscription plan chosen by the referred customer:

Rewards are issued via PayPal or Amazon e-gift card

Payouts are processed within 60 days after the customer's subscription begins and remains active

Program Rules

To qualify for a reward, the referred customer must:

  • Be a new HCP customer
  • Maintain an active subscription for more than one month
  • Not have been an HCP customer within the last 12 months

Additional Terms:

  • There must be no fraud, chargeback activities, or obvious abuse
  • You may refer unlimited customers
  • OCBridge may revoke rewards for suspicious or unethical referral activity

Referrer Responsibilities

    Avoid spamming or unsolicited outreach

    Provide accurate details in good faith

Warning: HCP may disqualify referrals submitted without proper consent.

Program Changes

OCBridge may modify or discontinue the Referral Program at any time.

If changes occur, all qualified referrals before the change will still be honored.
